What time can I get there?
Rooms are available from 3pm.
How is your arrival going?
Independent, automated arrival: The information you will be given beforehand will first enable you to access the residence's gate.
Access to your suite via smartphone / Contactless door opening
When you check-in, you'll receive a file to download. Once opened on your phone, you'll simply need to bring your device close to the lock (as with Apple / Google Pay), to unlock the door to your suite.
What time do I have to vacate my room?
Rooms must be vacated by 11am. Once the check-out time has passed (11am), the locks will be automatically deactivated from the system.
Breakfast
No on-site breakfast. However, you'll find everything you need just a few steps from the residence: bars, restaurants and supermarkets...
The Anse Marcel Cove suites are located in a complex formerly known as "Domaine de Lonvilliers". We manage some of the apartments, but not all of them. You must follow the information given to you to reach your room.
Household
Cleaning will be carried out before your arrival and departure cleaning is included. During your stay, you can book additional cleaning services: full cleaning (€), simple refreshment (€) or towel change (€), by placing an order with the concierge at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I get to the hotel?
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
Help with transporting your luggage?
Elevators are at your disposal and can also be used to transport your luggage to your room.

Does the facility have parking?
Yes, free private parking outside, not covered.

Conciergerie
Concierge services: Airport transfers: two options available - French part airport (Grand-Case): 4 km, approx. 20 minutes by car; Dutch part airport (Juliana): 18 km, approx. 45 minutes by car.

Do you offer a transfer service?
Yes, we offer a transfer service (€/$): VIP airport/hotel transfer at €90 for up to 4 pax

Car hire on reservation: please book at least 48 hours in advance.
The concierge will offer you car rentals at different rates, depending on the category of vehicle you choose:
- Year-end rates (between €56 and €130 per day*)
- High season rates (between €38 and €105 per day*)
- Low season rates ( between 32€ and 90€ per day*)
*Prices include: CDW - TP - PAI insurance, unlimited mileage and government tax. These rates are given for information only and are not contractual.
