The residence offers spacious suites with superb unobstructed views of the lush gardens or the sea. Three categories are available to suit your every need:
- Suite Premium, garden view: on the first floor, overlooking the gardens.
- Suite Supérieure, garden view: on the first floor, elegant and luminous.
- Suite Deluxe, ocean view: on the second floor, with an unobstructed view of the sea.
The beach, accessible free of charge, stretches across the green mornes and offers an idyllic natural setting. Part of the beach is equipped with deckchairs (€), so you can soak up the sun and soak up the warmth. The crystal-clear waters and white sand are perfect for swimming, lounging and sunbathing. For thrill-seekers and explorers, a wide range of water-based activities are available nearby: kayaking, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, jet-skiing, yacht and boat excursions.
Finally, to combine relaxation and comfort, the beach offers elegant facilities such as cabanas (€) and deckchairs (€), particularly in the seaside restaurants.

From the moment you book, enjoy a seamless experience with touchless check-in, access to suites via connected lock... A "full digital" approach guarantees total autonomy while ensuring a high level of comfort and security. Please note: don't run out of battery just before you arrive... it would be a real shame to miss out on this magical moment. The information you'll be given beforehand will initially enable you to access the residence's gate.
Access to your suite via smartphone / Contactless door opening
When you check in, you'll receive a file to download. Once opened on your phone, simply bring your device close to the lock (as with Apple / Google Pay), to unlock the door to your suite.

When landing at Juliana International Airport, code SXM, in the Netherlands, you need a valid passport and a return or onward ticket.
Visa required for certain nationalities (please enquire).
When landing at Grand-Case airport, in the French part of the island, a valid identity card is all that is required for French nationals.
For all other nationals: Valid passport in Grand Case.
